Volunteer Sign Up Form

Thank you for your support, without volunteers we would be unable to run a festival of this scale.

There are links above to find out more about what is involved when working at this festival, the health & safety handbook and volunteer charter.

Non CAMRA members are welcome to sign up and work behind the bar during our public opening hours.

Use this form to indicate when you will be able to, and prefer to work, before, during and after the beer festival, this year. Help on site is needed in the week prior to the event in setting up (Sun-Thurs), on the festival days (Thurs-Sat), and on the two days after the event (Sun-Mon) to pack it all away.

We ask that you work for a minimum of 3 hours in a single session. We particularly need help after Friday 7pm, and as an added incentive, if you work 4 hours after this time you will be eligible for a t-shirt, and volunteer for over 6 hours continuously, you will be eligible for food.

We will use this information to compile a rota. You may not necessarily be required for all the hours you state, or fulfill your first choice of role.

Please be as flexible as you can with your preferences. Thank You.
